My in-laws are visiting from Malaysia, and we made this Southeast Asian favorite. We served this Indonesian Ginger Chicken with a Chinese vegetable and brown rice. It’s such an easy dish to make.

  • 1 lb. Chicken Breast Fillet
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Lite Gluten Free Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Stalks of Spring Onion (for garnish)

Combine the honey, tamari, ginger, garlic and olive oil in a saucepan on low heat until honey is melted. Slightly cool and add to a bowl to coat the chicken. Let marinate for 3 hours. Grill chicken 4 minutes on each side over medium heat until cooked through. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
