If you’re like me, you struggle with getting your kids to eat vegetables. My kids like certain ones that are their go-to favorite. It’s important that growing bellies get their cruciferous vegetables – this one is rich in vitamin C. Ingredients:

  • 1 head of Cauliflower – cut into toddler bite site florets
  • 3 Tbsps. Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Dried Shallots
  • ¼ tsp. Dried Chives
  • ¼ tsp. French Tarragon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into an oven-safe dish and bake for 25 minutes.
